Performance and Project Tracking of the Presidential Priority Areas

Track the Presidential Priority Areas and signed Ministerial Deliverables for value for money and impact to citizenry

Delivery Support, Stock Takes, and Quarterly Review Coordination Meetings

Work with MDAs to identify key bottlenecks affecting delivery, and issues resolution that can be escalated at the highest level of Government through the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

Co-creation Process With Citizens

Integrate citizens' voices into the delivery process by tracking the last mile impact of government projects, programmes and policies to the citizenry and its impact to them

Presidential and Ministerial Retreat

Organize annual Presidential Ministerial Retreat as a problem solving platform where the President engages with his team, the private sector and development partners  to identify key issues to can enable delivery of the Priority Areas.
