3rd Year Ministerial Performance Review Retreat - 17th & 18th October 2022

3^rd Year Ministerial Performance Review Retreat was organised by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) to review progress made in the implementation of Ministerial Mandates along the Nine Priority Areas of the Administration. The main objective of the Retreat was to present a performance report on the Ministerial Mandates and the Nine Priority Areas based on data from the Central Delivery Coordination Unit (CDCU) Performance Management System.

Other objectives include: To analyse and discuss reasons for achievements or non-achievement of performance targets; identify and agree on strategies to improve performance; recognise accomplishment; and encourage Ministers to deliver on the legacy projects of Mr. President as the Administration winds down.

The Retreat which was chaired by His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari was attended by His Excellency, the Vice President - Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, former President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya, the Senate President - Dr. Ahmad Lawan, Speaker of the House of Representatives - Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila,  Hon. Ministers, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the Chief of Staff to the President, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Special Advisers, Permanent Secretaries, Senior Special Assistants, Heads of key Government Agencies among others.
