Citizens Engagement Session on FGN Performance Management System for Improved Participatory Governance 20th June 2022

The Central Delivery Coordination Unit (CDCU) with support from the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office – Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn (FCDO), and the Open Government Programme (OGP) of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning organized a 1-day session on Citizens Engagement on the Federal Government Performance Management System. The objective of the session was to obtain citizens’ input for the design of the CDCU Website and the Citizens Reporting App intended to be launched by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation by 3rd Quarter of 2022. Participants at the event were drawn from the National Open Government Partnership (OGP) Secretariat at the Ministry of Finance, Budget & National Planning, the National SERVICOM Office as well various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) drawn from the six Geo-political zones of the country. The CDCU and FCDO-PERL facilitated the programme.
